I know some folks have used Droid48 and liked it. It's free, and simulates an HP 48 RPN calculator. (I've never used it, so can't vouch for it.)

    I love the Droid48. :)

I've been using HP calculators for over 20 years and the HP-48GX is my all time favorite. The Droid48 is the closest to the real thing I've found.

If you use RPN, and IMHO it's the only way to go, than the Droid48 is the app to get.

Now, I feel old! I bought my first HP RPN calculator, the HP-45 in the fall of 1973. Still have that one working at my desk and the HP67, 15C, 16C, 12C, 35s, 50g are all in working condition except for the card reader function on the HP67.
What a difference after using my Post 1460 bamboo slide rule (which I still have) throughout my college days and career from 1963 til I got the HP45!
