I have an H20 box and R15. Will these remotes work with these devices?

can't comment on the 360 but if you go to Logitech's website and login, you can see that both the H20 and R15 are devices the 880 can be programmed for.

I just got an 880 and I love it. The first universal remote I've found that does the total job. I can't speak for the H20 or the R15. Works for the DTivos including the HDVR2 and HR10-250.

But I would guess it will also work for these units as you program the 880 via the web. So you should get current codes for current devices.

cool. I was thinking about picking up the 880. I have my H20 and R15 stacked on top of each other and the DTV remote controls both of them (kind of frusterating). I wonder if the 880 will let you control each seperatly?

Can you set the H20 and R15 remotes to different addresses as you can with the peanut remotes? If so, the 880 should be able to do it. I have the remote address for my HR10-250 set to 1 and the HDVR2 set to 2. No problem controlling each individually.

Yes, you can, at least with the D* remote. You can either set one of the receivers to D* mode and the other to AV1/2 mode, or set the H20 to RF mode and keep the R15 on IR mode.

You can set the H20 to operate in the RF mode, it won't operate the R15 that way. Of course it won be usable with the 880 either in RF mode. You can also set the H20 to operate in the sat position and the R15 to operate in the AV1 position and just use the RC24 remote to operate both by just sliding the switch. Best method is to call tech support and have them talk you through it instructions in book are useless.:)

the 880 is an amazing remote..i dont know if you purchased it yet.....
you can control many, many, many different components with it..including the R10/R15/H20/HR10-250 with no problem at all...
all you need to do is set the remote up with 1 function key to control 1 receiver, set another function key to control the other...it is seamless!!!!!
all i can say is get it!!!!!!

One thing about the H880 and the R15 - the "skip forward" command has to be learned from the original DTV remote. The command exists in the programming menu for the H880, but it does a fast forward instead of a skip forward.

I have a question regarding these remotes that I could not find .....do these remotes work on IR and RF or just IR?

The H20 receiver remote works both IR and RF.

    Thanks for your help

The 880 is IR only. The 890 will do RF. But costs around $400 or something like that.
