Hi All, While Watching TV, MPeg4 video on USA 242HD is breaking up I believe on all receivers, but im not sure, happens 2-3 times a day. Have HR24 DVR Recevier (Think correct model) 2 H24's, and one SD Receiver rarely used anymore in the other room. Usually fixes itself within a few minutes or we turn to another station, then fixes

Any ideas in what might be the cause and fix for this? had our Dish worked on for 771A error back a few months ago.

Check the satellite signal strengths on the 99c and 103ca and 103cb and post them so they can be looked at.

    Thanks

Please post back with your signal readings for each satellite's transponders (and both tuners if applicable). You'll find these readings under "Menu" -> "Setup" -> "System Setup" -> Satellite -> "View Signal Strength". Note the "+" and "-" symbols next to the "Satellite" and "Tuner" entries where you can toggle the readings between the various satellites and both DVR tuners.

Fill in your readings for each satellite and tuner using these examples. A properly aligned dish will show 80-90s on most of the relevant transponders (although some will be low or zero):

I noticed that you did not list any for the SWM. Did you have that one ?
If not, were you on a DVR when this break up was happening ?
If you have 2 coax cables hooked to the DVR did you check the second tuner's signal strengths ?

    Thanks

I do have SWM, I just forgot to list that one, and I was on H24 checking the sat signals, since laptop battery is dead, and can't really take it any closer to the DVR, Will list the SWM one now

DVR is the one breaking up though

    SWM Satellite Transpoder signals

    1-8 100 100 100 0 0 0 95 95
9-16 95 then Rest N/A across entire line
    17-24--N/A
    25-32 N/A

Second Tuner I can try to check shortly... Just have to get Family off from Watching that TV with the DVR on it, so I could check it, so far no dice on that part yet

Those numbers don't indicate a problem with the alignment.
