Probably not until after they exhaust every legal appeal their lawyers can think up. Then they'll probably play the pricing game for a while, like they're doing with Vs.

I have cable in addition to D* just to get CSN.

I would be surprised if Comcast can purchase NBC without terrestrial exception going away along with the requirement to accept binding arbitration. News Corp had to agree to the latter when purchasing Directv. I still hold small hope that the Versus conflict was predicated on a strategy to force Comcast to the table. Something is afoot on Versus front. We will have to wait and see. People are always very patient around here:lol:

I wouldn't hold your breath. Comcrap will use every possible legal (and probably illegal) option to withhold CSN Philly from D*. We know the FCC said they can't withhold it anymore and must negotiate with other providers, but we all know for certain that Comcrap will make it as tough as possible for this to happen. I would imagine the FCC will tell Comcrap that they can't try to get more $$ from D* per sub than they charge Verizon to carry CSN Philly.

Time will tell. I would imagine we won't see CSN Philly on D* (if ever) any earlier than this fall. I hope I am wrong.

I'll admit I'm not really well versed on this subject, but I've wondered what makes CSN Philly different than other Comcast owned RSN's? Doesn't Comcast own some others and make them available on D*?

On a rare occasion this season, CSNCA has carried the CSN Philly feed of a Flyers game here in NorCal. They gave also carried a couple of Capitals games from its CSN in Washington.
Wouldn't the games from CSN Philly be fed to CSNCA via satellite?

The Verizon FIOS build out in Philly is scheduled to take until 2020. According to some Verizon sources. Very slow. Where I live in the northwest section of the city will be one of the last areas to have access. Not really an option.

Looks like will happen for you this spring as Comcast just got blown out by
the Appeals Court today and Directv and the others will now be able to
have access to the sports channels now...was just now on the internet news
    for BC Channel
