OK, I'm frustrated. Wondering what's up and if anyone knows how to complain/fix/help solve this problem:

Comcast Sports Bay Area HD (696-1) consistently fails to show the SF Giants games in HD despite the fact that they're shown in the guide as being available (and are, in fact, broadcast by CSNBA in HD if you have Comcast). Tonight, for example, the SF Giants v. Nationals game is shown in the guide on both 696 (SD) and 696-1 (HD). The broadcast is up and running fine on 696 in SD, but 696-1 returns a blank screen and no HD.

This is not the first time this has happened and there have been other problems too. (See these threads for example: http://www.dbstalk.com/showthread.php?t=156088 and this http://www.dbstalk.com/showthread.php?t=156902 and this http://www.dbstalk.com/showthread.php?t=157585 ). One of the only reasons I get the package I get (during this time of year) is to get these games in HD.

Anyone have any ideas on how best to get this problem solved? Or any other suggestions? Trying to be solution oriented. Who do we talk to? call? email? write? Thanks!

Yeah why is it they would show the Sharks in HD on the same channel a few weeks ago before they dumped and then the A's game is in HD but not the Giant's same night. Has to be CSNBA making the call on that one.

Okay the HD Sports Guide is showing the Giant's Met's game tonight in HD. Those guys are usually pretty acurate in their listings...
