Constant Error 36 With Dish Online

    I am constantly getting an error 36 "Your computer was able to connect to your device, but the connection was interrupted" and I am not sure what to do.

    I can get streaming from the sling on my Android phone, iPhone and tablets, but nothing online. I'm running windows 8 and have tried Chrome, IE and Firefox.

    Hi, I am sorry that you are having a problem with your sling on the dishonline. What type of anti viral software are you running?

    I use ESET Smart Security. I have even tried temporarily pausing the firewall/antivirus to make sure it wasn't an issue there
