    NY Hudson...
I would move the 2-way splitter to the 8-way location. And instead of the 2-way, just run 11' coax from the 4-way the 2-way is connected to in your diagram.

I did rewire the coax network. I had a problem last week with all receivers off one leg of the not seeing any sat. Tech came in and replaced a 2way that I did have in and put in the 8 way instead and said that was my problem.

I just rewired the network and removed the 8 way and moved the 2way in its place. attached is a pdf of the new network.

That last HR24-500 should be in end of the previous line.

Busy day here so it took awhile, but here's how I would do it:

    That's even better.
You didn't say you could move your BB DECA before.

I forgot that I had moved a ethernet switch up into the master bedroom for another application (cell phone access point) and I did have a spare coax in that room so I was able to move the DECA unit up to the master bedroom which freeded up the 2 way splitter. I thank you for your time and help.
