Ah, so reboot gets the settings correctly, but on-the-fly changes do not work. Am I reading that correctly?

I went on line and they only show three receivers as part of my apps application. They don't list the H24. I just re-enabled the H24 with different ports so they don't conflict with the other receivers. When apps first started, I know it took a few days for the server to register your receiver. Is this still the process?

Well, it looks like it is a server problem [for you] then. When I had problems with my HR21 last week, I had problems on the site too. I PM'd Earl [since the receiver was shown there] and "he fixed it".

On the Apps site, i see my HR21-700, HR23-700, HR24-500 and both of my HR20-700 with deactivated after them. The one that is missing is the H24.

On my account the H24 is lsted as "Unknown - BAHNS02". Could this be causing the confusion so that app server doesn't think it is a legitimate reciever?

All receivers on DHCP. My H24 doesn't always show Music, Photos & More in the menu, but that could be because a computer isn't always on. MRV working consistently. Before 0x388 audio dropouts were fewer during MRV playback.

But you work via DHCP, correct? Seems there are a few others that are having this issue.

I can't get it to work at all! :( I can't get them to see each other, even if I don't hook up the deca.... The HR won;t even stop saying ethernet not connected, even after doing restore defaults AND reset everything... My H24 I can get to say network coax connected, but I can never get it to see the internet, or any other machines via the deca... ANd I have reset that thing and the HR many many times... I think I am going to have to try longer cable runs... I just can;t think of anything else to try at this point...

    I voted "No".

The SWM8 that my HR24 and H24 is having problems..

HR24: Will work but I can not use a static IP address. I have tested MRV, On Demand, and Media Share.

H24: Will not connect to the internet. It says it is connected to my network but Media share does not pop up in the menu and it can't find any of my DVR's so MRV is not working. BTW the only way to even get to that point is manually enter all information in the advance network menu.

The DECA Dongle is all green.

If I didn;t hook up the swm to the sat lines, but hooked everythign else, should it still work? I am wondering if by cascading the swm off of my wb616 its causing some sort of issue.. I can't see why, but maybe....

Also, Any reason I can;t hook the deca up to the H or HR by itself, to give them internet and see if that works, without any sat signal?

I don;t care if I use static ip or not.. I don;t on any my other machines, so thats not the issue.. However I have tried to use a static ip to see if that would work, and that doesn't work either...
