    In the elementary school, the kids rinse with it, probably once a month. But you can opt not to have your child participate.

    The amount that is in the water is far, far smaller than what is in toothpaste. The fluoride levels in tap water are too low to cause any harm. It's designed for a cumulitive effect, not a concentrated effect like toothpaste.

    I don't drink tap water anyway but I just don't thinks it a good idea to put fluoride in the water.

    Why not? If there's no ill health effects, and it helps prevent cavities, I can't see a reason not to.

    The topic of fluoride is always a very interesting discussion around here. Personally I find it funny. Please fasten your seat belts and put on your tin foil hats. :lol:

    Shhh, don't tell anyone that. It's all cool until financial matters are brought up. It's just like the governments plan to hype up terror alters to FORCE you to buy duct tape and such just to increase the stock price of Home Depot and 3M. Aspartame, Fluoride and home improvement materials the cornerstones of the master plan of the 5th Reich to engage in World War 6.5. :lol:

    Yes, that's the usual result from all the research that I've seen. You're lucky and lets hope some people do some research and wake up. Search this message board and you'll probably find some good documentation in my old posts.

    Fluoride- • noun 1 Chemistry a compound of fluorine with another element or group. 2 sodium fluoride or another fluorine-containing salt added to water supplies or toothpaste to reduce tooth decay.

    Fluorine • noun a poisonous, extremely reactive, pale yellow gaseous chemical element.

    fluoride is one of the basic ingredients in both PROZAC (Fluoxetene Hydrochloride) and Sarin nerve gas (Isopropyl-Methyl-Phosphoryl Fluoride).

    sodium fluoride: NOUN: A colorless crystalline salt, NaF, used in fluoridation of water, in treatment of tooth decay, and as an insecticide and a disinfectant.

    Sodium fluoride, a hazardous-waste by-product from the manufacture of aluminum, is a common ingredient in rat and cockroach poisons, anesthetics, hypnotics, psychiatric drugs, and military nerve gas. It`s historically been quite expensive to properly dispose of, until some aluminum industries with an overabundance of the stuff sold the public on the terrifically insane but highly profitable idea of buying it at a 20,000% markup, injecting it into our water supplies, and then DRINKING it.

    The first occurrence of fluoridated drinking water on Earth was found in Germany`s Nazi prison camps. The Gestapo had little concern about fluoride`s supposed effect on children`s teeth; their alleged reason for mass-medicating water with sodium fluoride was to sterilize humans and force the people in their concentration camps into calm submission. (Ref. book: "The Crime and Punishment of I.G. Farben" by Joseph Borkin.)

    This crap is the major ingredient in all mind-altering psychotropic drugs that I can think of including Prozac, Xanax, and Ritalin.
    This is another example on how this government is out to hurt and control you. Quit buying this junk and get natural toothpaste.
    I would never give my children a poisonous by-product of aluminum. For those of you that say it’s in such a small amount then let me piss in your water. It will only be so many parts per million.

    Wake up or Waco!

    Tried it an it sucks!!!!! Tastes like diet cola from publix.

    As far as the chemicals being bad for you give it a rest please. For years saccarine had a warning lable because it caused cancer in lab rats. It turned out those rats have an enzyme that humans don't have which meant that it was ok for people but not for rats. Go figure.

    Eat beef kill the whales and have a nice day.....

    Roger, Roger, Roger.

    By your logic Sodium Chloride should be totally banned. Chlorine being an extremely poisonous gas, and Sodium being a highly corrosive metal.

    Of course, if that were to be done, we would all die - from the lack of SALT!

    Here's the text of the petition that Nathan Zohner, age 14 of Eagle Rock Junior High School in Idaho Falls circulated as part of his "How Gullible Are We" science project in 1997:

    BAN DIHYDROGEN MONOXIDE!

    Dihydrogen monoxide is colorless, odorless, tasteless, and kills uncounted thousands of people every year. Most of these deaths are caused by accidental inhalation of DHMO, but the dangers of dihydrogen monoxide do not end there. Prolonged exposure to its solid form causes severe tissue damage. Symptoms of DHMO ingestion can include excessive sweating and urination, and possibly a bloated feeling, nausea, vomiting and body electrolyte imbalance. For those who have become dependent, DHMO withdrawal means certain death.

    Dihydrogen monoxide:

    * is also known as hydroxl acid, and is the major component of acid rain.
    * contributes to the "greenhouse effect."
    * may cause severe burns.
    * contributes to the erosion of our natural landscape.
    * accelerates corrosion and rusting of many metals.
    * may cause electrical failures and decreased effectiveness of automobile brakes.
    * has been found in excised tumors of terminal cancer patients.

    Contamination is reaching epidemic proportions!

    Quantities of dihydrogen monoxide have been found in almost every stream, lake, and reservoir in America today. But the pollution is global, and the contaminant has even been found in Antarctic ice. DHMO has caused millions of dollars of property damage in the midwest, and recently California.

    Despite the danger, dihydrogen monoxide is often used:

    * as an industrial solvent and coolant.
    * in nuclear power plants.
    * in the production of styrofoam.
    * as a fire retardant.
    * in many forms of cruel animal research.
    * in the distribution of pesticides. Even after washing, produce remains contaminated by this chemical.
    * as an additive in certain "junk-foods" and other food products.

    Companies dump waste DHMO into rivers and the ocean, and nothing can be done to stop them because this practice is still legal. The impact on wildlife is extreme, and we cannot afford to ignore it any longer!

    The American government has refused to ban the production, distribution, or use of this damaging chemical due to its "importance to the economic health of this nation." In fact, the navy and other military organizations are conducting experiments with DHMO, and designing multi-billion dollar devices to control and utilize it during warfare situations. Hundreds of military research facilities receive tons of it through a highly sophisticated underground distribution network. Many store large quantities for later use.

    "The American government has refused to ban the production, distribution, or use of this damaging chemical due to its "importance to the economic health of this nation."

    The patent then still must be valid and held by a big company? They outlawed Freon when Dupont's patent ran out on it for "environmental" reasons meaning it would be environmentally, fiscally bad for the bottom line if generics were allowed on to the market. Global warming and gas effects is another NWO scam to enslave you and take more of your money. LOL!

    Don't get me wrong, things will get hot but not because of any little aerosol can or other nonsense but by God’s judgment: Rev 16:8 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.
    Rev 16:9 And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.

    Global warming is caused by the sun and more specifically solar flares. The more solar flares or more intense they are effects everything here from the temperature to wind speeds to electronic interference and propagation. They (the government) can restrict your movements, restrict your use of cheap and proven products, and regulate you like there’s no tomorrow because you’re stupid enough to believe in their lies which cost you freedom and money.

    Usage: affects, not "effects".

    Affect is cause, effect is result.

    The Aurora Borealis is the remarkable effect caused by the earth's magnetic field acting on, or affecting solar winds passing through it.
