What does switching from Dish has to do with running new rg6??And where does it say in the work order that each customer has to get new rg6 (replaced)???!!!.Do you think DTV wants us to do 2 jobs a day?I don't about your HSP but mine isn't going to pay me for 20+ hrs of overtime .Now if i go to a house and the system wont work right unless i prewire the whole house completely ,that's a different story. Every house,Install, etc is a different situation.Grounding is required by NEC, replacing rg6 per customer request isn't.

Not if the cable is acceptable. I may replace the fittings but that's all. All this extra cable is a waste. It's not biodegradeable and if a customer asks you to replace all his cable "just because" he can get 100' per receiver, then thats just wrong, a total waste and bad for our enviroment.

You own your own HSP? Ah, it all makes sense now. Plus you get paid WAY more than most of the tech's out here, no?

Whew I got through, The tech on the phone felt very bad, and was very apoligetic. He is sending a teck out on saturday to make it right. The people on the phone are nice, but the hold times are crazy.

**Crossesfingers** lets hope it all gets fixed. :)
