DirecTV 2013 Billing issues!!

    I called Directv to complain about the $2.00 Sports Fee and increase 2013 fees, I was able to get 1)Free Showtime for 3 months, 2)$2.00 Fees waved for a year, 3)$5.00 credit per month for auto pay, reduced one package for 4)$4.99 for a monthly savings of $12.00 per month please call and talk with programming customer service not the general agents!

    Yeah,DTV it seems will often try to make the customer happy even if they lose a little bit.. (Makes it seem like these fees are only there for people WHO DO NOT COMPLAIN (Those who do as yourself easily have the fees removed as they arent mandatory))

    The fee isn't removed. He's just getting a credit to offset the charge (big difference), and after the year, the fee is still there and payable.

    there is no such thing as a programming customer service department. all agents can help with programming. just sayin
