After downloading the 0x3E8 CE my HR21-700 can tune 1096 but as of now still a black screen. My HR21-200 that had a full list of titles available before the download now is also blank. I'm guessing the guide was flushed.

I queued one of my HR20-700s with 10 movies. The process was simple and straightforward. It gave me the option to change my maximum queue number from 5, 1,or 10 and I chose 10. Some of the movies reported to be only 2 - 3 minute. I do not know if this is a glitch or not. I will report back later when I have more to report back.

Additionally, it takes a while for 1096 to repopulate after the CE so just be patient.

    At:45AM ET..

CH 1096 has been available since around 2AM after the CE.

My Playlist Shows 2 PPV style entries:

    Q Dear John HD1080P $ Expires 6/13 125 CineHD
    K The Road HD1080P $ Expires 10/30 9981 *DTV

I would be reluctant to watch either of these movies as I am unsure if they are in fact in the list as a result of DirecTV Cinema.

Last week, after the CE on Fri 5/21 I selected 6 movies of which Dear John and The Road were 2 of them.

The Road was downloaded BEFORE this weeks CE.

Dear John downloaded after this CE.

I have 9 additional movies now in my que, none of which have downloaded.

How do we tell, if the download is for DirecTV Cinema. The channel indicator in the Que is 1096, but the channels in the playlist don't match.

    Peachtree...
    HR21-100

After downloading the latest CE on 3 machines (will add remaining 3 tonight) shortly before midnight, 1096 was nothing more then a black screen.
This morning though 1096 is alive and well. I started the morning by downloading "Tooth Fairy" and established a queue of 7 movies. 4 of which are listed to be in Theaters.

1 of 3 working. HR20-100 good. HR20-700 Channel Not Available. HR24-500 is N/A as of now.

    Loaded 5 movies into Queue:
    Alice in Wonderland
    2012
I hope they serve beer in hell
    Invictus
    Planet 51

All show channel 1096 Cintest. I'll be gone for the next week so we'll see how they load.

    Couple items of note:
One of the selections is High-Def. Seems redundant if everything will be 1080P.
In Theaters doesn't seem to show release date. That would be very nice.

Like to see a "Quick Queue" button (one of the colors) where you can just push a button and the movie is added immediately.

The "In Theaters" movies should also be included in the "ALL" list so it really is "ALL." I didn't know Alice in Wonderland was there until someone mentioned it because I used "ALL" (and it wasn't there).

One of the movies I queued (one of 2 that I ACTUALLY wanted to see), "Men Who Stare At Goats," is only listed a 2 Minutes. All the others look normal.

    Queued:
    Coco Before Chanel
    Dear John
    Men Who Stare At Goats
    Planet 51
    Tapped
    Princess and the Frog
    Alice in Wonderland

Will these be viewable on ALL boxes via MRV or only on the one it was downloaded on?

Would also like to see some kind of "status" indicator and/or "approx availability date" in the queue list. If someone selects a movie to add to their queue it would be nice to know (considering it could take "weeks" to download) when they might be able to view it especially if it's coming down by sat vs broadband.

I've still got nothing on my HR24-100 with 03E0 on it from Thursday's push.

Have yet to download on my other HRs... will attempt again this evening.

Are "charges" added when you queue up the movie, after it has been download or once you start watching it? Since it could possibly take weeks to download I believe it should be when you start watching it giving a subscriber time to change their mind if they get tired of waiting. Sat download will be very slow.

I don't think you get charged until you watch the movie. Peoeple can easily want to remove a selection from the que for a varitety of reasons. Big PITA to charge up front just for selecting or downloading.

Why did we have to select receivers to be a part of the trial btw?
I have 1096 working on an HR21-200 that I did not include in my reply to this trial.

ANyone see a reason why we can't use a receiver we did not list to at least watch the movie assuming MRV will work?
