Yay, I get to watch WGN9 news again in the morning! The other Chicago stations are soooo boring.

So the total time the channels were dark was less than 96 hours. I will miss the back and forth between the two companies. I had not followed anything as entertaining since the NBA lockout.

While it's great to have our channels back, I disagree it was successful. In my mind it would have been successful if there was no down time...just my take on it.

However, it was a good recovery. The locals are back everyone's happy, well happy-ish at least. :D

What's on CLTV? Repeats of the News? I've never had the channel and my understanding is that it is a news channel.

Great job Directv!! I was very willing to be without those channels with all the crap they was pulling and I was not willing to pay a higher price for their channels.

It's great news that the channels are back on, lets hope that Pappas Telecasting gets a clue and turns their stations back on as well.
