That was my roundabout way of saying let's get back on topic. I know that a new thread will Start in April and that there is a good chance of HD in the second quarter, but the retransmission of CBS and other channels and the fee associated with it doesn't seem to me to address HD anticipation.

    Real channels or sub-channels?

I get a decent amount of sub-channels but definitely get fewer "-1" channels than I did with analog. The difference is because analog faded away (snowy) and was watchable with low signal if you really wanted to. Digital drops out way before snowy and you get nothing (or you get jagged breakups and sound issues, which renders the channel unwatchable).

To me I want my beIN sports Español HD, it's terrible looking at that channel, If the regular beIN sports on ch 620 have it for sports pack package why not ch 426 Spanish? Plus beIN or whoever is paying to be added anyway.

Just in terms of language, right? I mean, even Psycho is rated R.

Only one is a -1 (they switched from a small antenna on the side of the tower to the top position where their analog antenna was) but a couple of the new ones are repeaters giving coverage where there was none.

I'm not sure what you mean.

I watch a lot of uncut gory horror movies but sometimes I get tired of the tone, language, violence, and sex.

So I am also a big fan of classic comedies...WC Fields, Laurel & Hardy, Marx Brothers. I love old westerns. My favorite movie of all time is Bride of Frankenstein (1935.) I'm a big fan of the original Star Trek crew.

My point is, thousands of movies already made are very much tamer than R-rated movies, and we don't need to waste time watching butchered versions of
    them.

Univision deportes has to be it, but if that is the case why not add both feeds of it. This makes since based on the channel number and a lot of soccer games that have moved their over the last year.

Univision has two additional channels for sports now. Most of the content that was on Univision and Telefutura in the past has moved to Univision Deportes. The HD being part time would make it game only like some RSN's and Fox Soccer Plus. We already have Univision East HD in the lineup, but this would be completely new. Dish has the Univision Deportes, but not in HD. That D is probably for Deportes and the UNI is almost definitly Univision.
