662 is SportsTime Ohio and it's full time hd.

660 660-1 Fox Sports Ohio (Cleveland feed)
661 661-1 Fox Sports Ohio (Cincinnati feed)

    both are part time hd

We don't yet know, other then the cryptic info of "BBWR=HD PPV Test".

Maybe we'll learn more when gct and team release the extended data in the next transponder listing.

Well that clears things up. :D

I guess if I were a fan of those channels I'd be tempted to get excited.

Is that because of the new bible game show? And SR asked us about those two recently. I wonder if that was a hint?

I wouldn't mind getting Cincinnati full time. We had to subscribe to the Sports Pack for a cycling race that was on all Fox Sports Nets, but wasn't available on ours since it is only part time. However, I would take certain national HD first.

    Correct...

I previously mentioned they were pimping it big time, and it appears it paid off for them.

Considering the negative tone of the question, I'm not sure I'd lean that direction, but I'll continue to hold out hope that TV Land was included in the recent Viacom deal.

Maybe DirecTV will get around to updating TV Land's logo as well... ;)

That is strange, but I don't mind. NJTV would be great to have in HD, too.

I've relegated myself to CH 13 PBS for all HD things from PBS...with WLIW-21 in SD (they themselves dont beam in HD) as a backup incase I miss anything. So if NJN never came I'd not miss it, nice addition if it makes the cut...While I know everyone has their likes & wants...for NY'ers with D* and want a PBS HD..WNET Channel 13 is it....NJN would not likely be on their wants...and would definitely move to the back of the line if WLIW ever started beaming HD. However at this precise moment NJN is in HD so you gotta now be like...hmmmmmm ??

Infact I never heard of these channels if it hadn't been for the must carry rules in the late 80's on Manhattan Cable (became Time Warner), in regards to NJTV... I too, have also never understood why in NYC D* thinks the New London CT WSAH station is a NYC local? as well as WEDW hah!!

dont know about Cablevision or Comcast.....Time Warner in NYC doesn't have these CT stations as locals on their dial. Nor do they have NJTV in HD..They have it in SD

Fox Sports Ohio/Cinci went 24/7 HD in early 2012 (Finally). But not on Direct TV. Only pro games get the HD feed here. And if you`re in Northern Ohio, you won`t get the Reds (Indians territory) so you get SD feeds of filler programming.

That certainly would be sweet for those of us that have been stuck with SD college sports, UEFA Soccer, etc. for all this time, while the other FoxSports RSN`s around the country are HD.

Not really the place for it, but since it was brought up, I thought I'd add that WNJN is in testing on DirecTV.

I'd watch out, Alan. There might be some good, old fashioned, Old Testament smiting coming up here. :gott:

WNJN is in testing... whether or not it will become available to subscribers, or if it's any definition of a normal person's idea of "soon", I have no idea...

There's a locals thread for more discussion, but there's not really anything else to add at this moment...

I don't recall saying anything negative about it.

I used to occasionally watch a bible quiz show for teens on TBN back when we had a local TBN affiliate, and of course, prior to getting a DVR.

Even though I like Jeff Foxworthy (one of the few Southern comics I actually like), I have WAY too much programming on DVRs and Blu-ray that I care about, so I doubt I'd ever watch the GSN production, but it appears that the channel has experienced a lot of success from the new show... partially thanks to the big promotional push it received.

The number one reason we probably will never see this or any other local news channel on DirecTV, they are owned by cable companies.

I would love to see Central Florida News 13, but won't hold my breath waiting for it. It is owned by Brighthouse.

Dish carries North West Cable News (owned by Belo, which owns many broadcast stations). I would like to see it on Directv (or even as an OTA subchannel).
