I do, dude. I enjoy The Joe Girardi Show, CenterStage, documentaries on MSG, high school football from TX, FL, CA, & OH, Lacrosse on Altitude. All of which are often in HD.

Are you saying that "Road House" with Patrick Swayze was a bad movie? Are you kidding?

the ... most indicate movies like "the Spirit", "the Superhero movie", etc.... Exactly how many Showtime channels does it take to play those 3 "top" series? 12 or 15.

You go on & on about how Epix has great hit movies. You know who else has those & more? Netflix. Quality movies right to your door. A person who wants movies has better and more affordable options than an overrated movie channel.

IMO, movie channels suck for movies...all of them. You get better audio & PQ from a BR disc.

If they use that space they won't have that space.
DirecTV paid a lot of money to get that space.

You keep talking about how the movies on EPIX suck... I personally think that's a matter of opinion, but personally, I might find a movie channel with movies that suck on it might be more valuable than one who has nothing but great movies 24/7...

If it's a great movie, I'm going to buy it on Blu-ray. If it's a BAD movie, I'm going to watch it on TV... ;)

I simply did what jerrylove did - he selected certain crappy movies to show that he felt Showtime has crappy movies. I, OTOH, showed Epix has crap movies, too, by selecting their duds. :)

Epix has some good titles...as does Sho, HBO, Starz, etc.

My whole point, if you want movies, then get Netflix or similar service. That way, you get any movie YOU want when you want.

Ratings-wise, the most necessary additions right now are trvTV HD and AMC HD.

That made no sense. Of course they won't have it, but it will be used for something people want. That's like saying if you spend your money you won't have the money. (Well yeah but you do get a product/service you wanted instead.)

I also believe that having a second wave of HD, rather quickly, like within the next month would make a statement, and put D* back on top....Right now, they are just catching up.....so another 20-30 HD chans in a 2nd wave, would look real nice.

I think they should be very aggressive right now, and land deals. They have D12 up now, so there is no reason why they cant hammer out deals. Verizon and Dish Network hammer out deals rather quickly. They make it happen. So hopefully D* doesnt drag there feet.

The channels that people have listed here, are all these channels available in HD from those networks? Is there a list some place that would show me and others what HD channels are available from the networks?
