That's a shame. It would be cool if you could get THEM to pay for the repair. Funny thing ... the company planning the launch is the one planning the addition of new channels. They know how long they have been planning the launch. They also know roughly how long it will be until the next launch. It's not Congress that will fix this. The problem is Canadian networks broadcasting content that is licensed to someone else in the US. The channels would be riddled with blackouts. The same problem exists for British TV. Too much overlap. As long as the US networks hold the rights to the programs you won't be able to see them on Canadian channels in the US.
