None in Tampa Bay.
That's good news for some folks, then. I'm pretty sure KTVW wasn't on the last transponder map update. They must have added some new test channels this week.
3 or 4 from 5/1 compared to 5/5.
I'm certain we will post severals updates soon.
When D-12 data starts rolling in, full updates planned.
BTW, i like your work on the HD LIL comparisons.
getting univision HD 14 KDTV in Oakland / S.F.
no telefutura 66 HD yet....
Some of the Mexican shows need no translating, if you know what I mean.
It's live in Houston Univision 47
Nothing in Austin market KAKW Univision 62, and we lost the TFT affiliate some time ago
Nothing in Sacramento CA market
They added KUVS Channel 19 Univision HD in Sacramento DMA, no Telefutura yet. I noticed this addition yesterday.
KTVW 33 is live.
yah we have the local univision hd here in ft lauderdale. and i have to say the hd picture is stunning. it looks ALOT crisper than the other local hd's.
I got Univision on channel 402 yesterday. The HD looks very good. The TeleFutura is in the guide, but I get a not subscribed message. I'm probably not supposed to receive either one, but I thought I'd take a look anyway.
This morning I may have lost Univision as well, but haven't had time to check it yet. (or maybe Univision will stay "open", who knows)
If you have the spanish package do a refresh on your account.
Univision KUTH32-Salt Lake City,UT has been added, i really think its a waste of bandwitch since there is no local programming, just a UNIe delayed
So they would be better off just remapping UNIeHD 402 to Channel 32 for Salt Lake City dma? No local commercials for KUTH?
Not sure they (can) do this.
My PBS market has V-Me as a subchannel. I get V-Me on DirecTV in the 400s (forget the number) and the local PBS advertises V-Me as being on that channel for DirecTV customers. This makes sense since V-Me has zero local content.
WUVG 34 Univision in Atlanta has been carried HD on DirecTV for a good while now. (sorry, I don't recall when it was added as I don't normally watch it.)
Yes! Cause we can follow soccer games without really needing to understand the announcers!
That is what you meant considering your avatar, right?
Seriously, this is cool. I only follow soccer every four years, but always found myself watching on the Spanish channels, and I understand very little.
May not understand it all, but I like the passion with which they call the game...
and then there's one of my favorite sports announcer lines...
ITALIA...campiones del mundo!!!!
