They announced an issue with the D10 propulsion system. It's now running on a backup. The question is if something has changed, or is this all just a coincidence.

Does this affect their ability to add more HD.

Maybe not their ability, but certainly their prudence in doing so.

I usually just collect data, but sometimes I dabble in trying to interpret.
Here is an interesting table from the CONUS HD Data. (note: D11 has 77 entries , but 4 entries for Audience so only 74 distinct VPID's.

    Code:
     SATELLITE	RCVR	TPN	# Ch(VPID)
    D10 @103W	103CB	1	2
    D10 @103W	103CB	2	1

Yep, saw that. It was transponders 1-9 that were the most interesting.

It just seems like they're moving everything important off D10.

So DJ, the spreadsheet is correct? and they've really moved all the big time HD off?

    Very interesting.

It could be for lots of reasons, but man it sure does look like there's something going on with D10.

Is D10 the 103 ca? Cause in the past few weeks I noticed TP 10 keeps getting a lower signal,(was 91) now 81 but TP 9 is at 97. But several others are in the 80's as well So it wouldn't be alinement, correct?
103 cb is all 90's across the board.

No, D10 is "103cb," for its CONUS beam transponders numbered 1-14.

"103ca" is D12's CONUS beam transponders numbered 9-24

Has there really not been any changes in all this time, or is Sixto still Sandy-impacted?

    Really no changes.

    I'll post what's there's been but it's minimal. I check every day.

Okey-dokey. I seem to recall seeing you posting in home generator threads, so I was curious if Sandy-fallout was a contributor. But certainly it is traditionally a quiet time of year anyway. Thanks for the clarification.

I am sure you are probably aware Sixto, but your tables are not working properly with the new forum software. This includes the previous HD channel polls conducted, D* National HD Channel Change Info, Transponder Maps, etc.
I wonder if you could possibly modify the code some until the tables option are added to the forum software.
