DirecTV has a fairly new recycling program for non-recoverable receivers that the customer can log into the website, provide some basic information and get a prepaid shipping label to return said item for proper disposal.

primary link is www.directv.com/recycle which links to http://directv.round2web.com/

    Pretty cool, imho!!

Thats pretty interesting. I'm sure its just their branding on top of a larger firms recycling efforts similar to other retailer's programs (Best Buy, Lowe's).

A step in the right direction nonetheless.
