You need to post your equipment (receivers, dish, ect.) so someone can help you.

Exactly what transponders on each satellite show those "high readings"? I'm wondering if you're actually aiming at the wrong satellite.

Satellite transponders (32 total at 101º)
[Most of your standard definition channels are beamed from 101ºW]
    1-8 # # # # # # # #
    9-16 # # # # # # # #
    17-24 # # # # # # # #
    25-32 # # # # # # # #

Satellite transponders (3 total at 110º)
[No channels are currently beamed from this satellite]
1-8 NA NA NA NA NA NA NA #
9-16 NA # NA # NA NA NA NA

Satellite transponders (11 total at 119º)
[Local SD channels for some cities, Spanish package]
    17-24 NA NA NA NA NA # # #
    25-32 # # # # # # # #

Your tilt settings may be off on your dish.

If you rerun the satellite setup and enter your zip code, it should show the tilt settings for your dish. Use that number to set the tilt on your dish.

I checked that zip code (50060) and a 18x20 3lnb dish. It says your tilt should be 72 degrees.

Could also be pointed at the wrong sat too as litzdog911 says.

    Don't you need a 5 LNB dish to get 110 and 119?

The original 3-lnb dishes were setup for 101, 110, and 119. They were smaller than the slimlines.

Where are you getting this info?
If your zip code is 50060, then dishpointer is showing it should be 81.2° and using 73 would explain the problem you're having.

    Troubleshooting is so simple ...

Cover 110 and 119 LNBFs by aluminum foil, check and tune to max signal main sat - 101W first, etc.
