There's SKY Brazil for Brazil ("Duh") which is where the future KU-45W is headed.
DIRECTV Latin America proper which covers 7 countries in S.A., Venezuela, Columbia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay, and various islands off S.A. in the Caribbean.
And there's SKY Mexico for Mexico (again "Duh") Central America, and the Caribbean.
So what service covers Bolivia and Paraguay?
Or is there even a DTH satellite service for those countries?
You will find that Bolivia and Paraguay are not provided any service by DIRECTV.
I am sure there are long stories to explain this strange situation.
And this snippet from the TPN Map introduction post covers the rest of the bases: SKY-Mexico is part of a second DLA division. Other entities in this SKY Division are Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama.
DIRECTV request to be listed as the primary applicate instead of Intelsat for the upcoming Intelsat 32e (S2922) satellite set for launch in the 1st quarter of 2016.
To be renamed "SKY-B1" for providing DTH services to SKY Brazil presumably as an interim satellite until the future KU-45W is produced and launched.

Interesting that the scale on that receiver goes above 100 - the graph showing 145% indicates there is still plenty more room for a stronger signal.
Also, they are using 8PSK 2/3 on those transponders, or 50% higher bit rate than CONUS Ka transponders in the US, which allows room for more HD channels per transponder.
Sky will have a new channel organization on its grid. The numbering will be modified and reorganized by genre of programming to facilitate even more the location and access to each channel, maintaining a more intuitive logic and improving navigability.
The subscribers will be able to find all the details of the change of numbering by the channel 990
