Do I have the right to be upset with dish?

    Roughly a month ago an installer came out and put up a dish after the other was damaged.....well I got a bill in the mail today with an extra charge of $59 for the new dish. Havent called dish yet, but DHPP doesnt cover this??

    According to Dish, DHPP should be a discounted service call of $29.00. I'm not sure where the other $30.00 came from. Without DHPP the service fee can be as high as $99.00 + equipment. You might want to call Dish if you haven't already. If that doesn't work out you can try e-mailing ceo@echostar.com to talk to their Executive Office (This is a very good customer service group within Dish Network) and see what they can do.
