DOD on Showroom Account

    The DOD is not working in my showroom on my HR20-700. It is networked but has no phone line connection. The "On Demand" is showing up in the menu but when i select ok on it, I get nothing. Anyone else having this issue? It is hard to tell customers about a feature that they can not see.

    Once, On Demand shows up, it can take an hour or two for the On Demand to start populating.

    Give it a few hours and let us know what happens.

    Also, run the network test and see if it can see the internet.
