Just got a -700 today and noticed it running at 120 degrees. My -100 was always around 104-106. Just making sure this is normal?

I can second that observation with the HR-100s and HR-700s I've used.

Yes, the 700's run warmer. Around 120-130 is normal for them.

You can drop the temps on the -700 with a USB powered laptop cooler, inverted on top of the HR20 to pull air up. The USB plug on the HR20 is always powered on. My temps went from around 127 to around 109 with the laptop cooler.

    :)

-700s run about 125 to 127 in an average room actually, and they are quite happy there.
