Since last night, 6/29/13 I've seen a noticeable drop in PQ with heavy pixelization. Palladia looked extremely bad and this morning AXS.TV look bad and now even HDTV is a bit "spotty".

Has anyone noticed this or identified a cause? Extra channels online for sports, etc?

It sounds to me more like a reception issue. Is there any precipitation in you area or could your dish have been bumped?

What would that have to do with picture quality?

Just saw he said pixilation. So maybe signal related.

I would check the resolution setting if the signal levels are good or check the coax connection if its tight enough indoor or outside, then check the video cables hdmi, component or whichever you have, then reboot receiver.

What model HD Receiver/DVR do you have?
How is its video OUT connected to your HDTV?
