Okay, for some odd reason, I've been noticing on the NY/LA local channel feeds, that both east and west coast Fox and ABC feeds are now "lit up" (their white instead of greyed out...it's my way of describing it) for me. I still see the black screen and it saying I'm "not subscribed" to these channels, but now that they are white to me, it seems to be a more perplexing issue to me.

This is because I'm in the WTRF market (Wheeling, WV/Stubenville, OH). You know, the one where Brad Cray has made it his mission to make sure he gets all the ratings in the WV markets and screws over everyone to make sure he gets his way. I've been turned down from these feeds before because WTRF has effed up HD for both their FOX and ABC HD feeds beyond belief (Comcast is allowed to have them, and apparently, WTRF has made no effort to improve the situation). I know that Cray had some issues with Dish that might've done something new, but this is DTV, and I've been kind of off on the news lately because I just got DTV back in Nov after some financial issues forced me to have it off for some time.

Thing is, I'm not exactly wanting to call them to see what happened because I'm a bit woozy about what kind of response I get (if it was a mistake, it's a mistake that I hope they continue into actually GIVING me these channels, and I don't exactly want them to remove them in any way). I know they'll give me the CW east feed without question (I just get that because I can...and because it has a few programs that the locals don't carry). But has anything changed to anyone's knowledge that would cause this to suddenly happen (the CBS, PBS, and NBC feeds are not lit up)?

It's some type of mistake. I've also had some of these channels lit up for as least the past few days (390-CBSeHD, 396-ABCeHD, 397-ABCwHD, 398-FOXeHD). But I've received all my Seattle/Tacomas broadcast locals from D* for many years. Just out of curiousity, I selected these channels from the guide when I saw them lit up and then I receive the "Directv channel not subscribed (721)" message.

    A Directv glitch.
