    ECHOSTAR SATELLITE LLC. Denied a request for special temporary
    authority filed by EchoStar to relocate the EchoStar 4 Satellite to
    77degrees. Action by: Chief, International Bureau. Adopted: 06/02/2005

    I wonder if Dish now will re-submit an application to move E-4 to 61.5 W. The initial one was denied because the application for the move to 77 W was still under consideration. Besides for what the FCC stated in the denial for the move to 77 W, I think there was potential problems with signal conflicts between E-4 at 77 W and the DirecTV satellite at 72.5 W.

    Yeah, 77 west is a tweener slot.
