Does anyone know what is planned for launch this year and to what orbital locations? Will I need additional equipment? Any information ould be appreciated.

    Thanks

I haven't seen any Echostar launches in the schedules this year.

It is likely that anything they do will be to solidify the Eastern Arc as the left half of the continent should be in pretty good shape for a while.

Subsequent satellites may tinker in other bands rather than new slots.

There are a couple of replacements on the way, but nothing that should require a dish change beyond what is available today (1000.4 Eastern Arc, 1000.2 Western Arc).
