This has happened 3 times during the past week The first occurrence was with an OTA one-time timer program that did not record on my 722k. I looked at History Details and it stated:

    Event Completed by User 1
    Start Time: 6:55 pm
    Stop Time: 8:05 pm

Normally the History Details would have shown like this:
    Start Time: 6:55 pm
    AV Record: 6:55 pm
    Stop Time: 8:05 pm
    AV Stopped: 8:05 pm

The other night I noticed the red recording indicator was not lit up & it should have been. I turned on the DVR & was able to watch the OTA program so I know it was tuned in.

My Recordings showed nothing being recorded. However the Daily Schedule had the red circle with the antenna symbol indicating the program was being recorded. The Guide also indicated the recording was taking place.

After the program had ended I looked at My Recordings & the program was not there. History Details said:
    Event Completed by User 2
    Start Time: 10:30 pm
    Stop Time: 11:40 pm

I never had this problem until a few days ago. What the heck is going on?
