Looking forward to seeing the Third Look. I think people will be happy to see DirecTV is putting a lot of the 24's out there.

I'm glad I caught this thread. Nice to have a chance to once again, say thank you to the moderators for all of their help and wisdom shared.

Thank you to Directv for allowing me the chance to participate in another field trial. I truly thought it was "one and done". Didn't expect the opportunity to be involved in a second one. I truly appreciate being included.

Thanks, also to Doug, in particular, for helping me when I had to exchange DVR's during the field trial.

To my fellow testers, its been a real pleasure to be included in such a nice, helpful group of folks. Best wishes to all.

It was very cool seeing the issues dwindle down as the weeks ticked by. The Hx24 line is very impressive and it was also cool to be in one of the test markets for Whole Home DVR.

I'd also like to thank DIRECTV and the moderators for the invite and all of their work. Kudos!! :icon_band

It's a treat, a pleasure and an honor to participate in these tests; and I'm really glad I had the chance to participate in this one. The HR24-100 has become my primary DVR, and I couldn't be happier with it.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: I'm proud of my association with DirecTV, DBSTalk and the CE program. All three are made up of some very forward thinking, knowledgeable and thorough people, and it's a pleasure to be a part of it.

Oh, and I'm up for anything else coming down the pipeline in the future. :D

    Cheers, everyone.

Thanks to DBSTalk, Directv and the Mods for including all of us in the field trials and for the Cutting Edge program in general! This place is great!

I just finished converting all 5 DVR's to DECA (with broadband DECA) so I'm ready for some REAL testing now! Can't wait for the SWM-16! :D

I would also like to express my appreciation for being included in this trial. Like many of you, my unit worked with next to nothing for issues. It is the family favorite.

This was my first time and it was fun. It was like like waiting for christmas morning for that secret box to appear on my doorstep. Thanks to everyone in front and behind the scenes for letting me be apart and another thank you for putting out such d**n fine boxes! :D

It was a blast testing both the HR24-100 and H24-700, and I really appreciated the opportunity. I didn't experience the HDMI issues some folks did, so I found very little wrong with these boxes during the field test, despite my best efforts to stress them! :)

Guess that means I'll have to wait for the -100's then? :(

(Not that there's anything wrong with them, just not on the FW monitor.)

I'd like to say thanks for the opportunity to participate in the testing of the h24-200. Since the unit performed flawlessly for me, I never really had much opportunity to post in this area.
