Just reset everything. Nothing has changed. However I noticed something interesting. On my receiver it now says that 0x202A is the original software version, and the current software version too. Before I reset everything, the original software version was 100C.

So you've got last weekend's CE on the -100.
If you can't setup the extra dish and pick the multi-switch,I don't know how you can get your 72.5 dish to show up.
What multi-switch do you have? [grasping at straws]

Yes, I have the CE from last weekend. And I have the Zinwell WB68 multiswitch.

I have to smile, as your response (the grasping at straws) is how most of the CSR's at D* have felt about this mess :D

Well I'm running out of ideas.
You need to tell the receiver that you have the dish [duh]
You have checked that the 72.5 dish is connected to the correct port right?
I'd try the -600 [again] and see about downloading the software 0F14 and see what happens. One of them should give you the dish & multi-switch options.

Just to add to what VOS has said, you need to make sure your 72.5 sat is connected to Flex Port 1.

Thanks again for all of your help :D . Fortunately for me, the problem is now solved. Turns out it was the 6x8 multiswitch after all. I had a tech come out yesterday, and told him everything that was going on. He did the same tests as the previous tech, but then when he replaced the multiswitch all the problems disappeared.
