    Pretty cool, I got a flyer about it awhile back and saw the site then. Cool stuff, sad thing is I doubt my little power company will be using it any time soon.

    In the basic form it is modeling a 3D object with dynamic lighting/etc. that is fixed to the coordinate points made up by the distinct graphic in the page you print out.

    How exactly that is done I do not know for sure, I am not that smart :p

    My kid says they're maybe using neural nets.
    Sort of like OCR.
    When the printed pattern fills enough zeros, they convert to ones and the video fires up.... I think.
