    Hi
I have an HR44. In the past I have always averaged 92-100 on sat 101 and 88-95 on sat 103cb for all 5 tuners. I noticed just recently that I'm now averaging about 5-20 points lower on both satellites, but oddly enough only for tuners 1 and 5. Tuners 2,3 & 4 are still at there previous mid to upper 90's. Could my LNB be going bad? If it matters in in the NYC DMA

Are you actually experiencing any reception issues?

The dish might have been moved a fraction, would be one guess.

you can also have an "unapproved" component inline that is "affecting" some of the SWM frequencies

Since you're not experiencing any reception issues, I wouldn't worry too much about it. It might be a slight issue with your dish's single wire multiswitch, or perhaps the Genie itself. All five Genie tuners are fed from the same satellite signal, just on different SWM channels.
