Genie vs GenieGo

    One's an apple and the other is an orange. They are completely different products.

    A Genie is a 5 tuner DVR that can act as a server to other DVR's, receivers and Tunerless boxes and RVU enabled TV's.

    A GenieGo is a device that will allow you to take programming off of any of your DVR's, transcode it and store it on devices in your home network (phones, tablets, laptops, etc...) for remote viewing where no Internet access is available. It will also allow streaming of content from your DVR's to those same devices when Internet access is available.
