Great Service from DirecTv

    My remote control on my HD Tivo started to have problems. After replacing the batteries and conducting other checks I pretty much determined that the circuit board must be going bad.

    I called DirecTv and was referred to one of their level 2 techs and he agreed that the board was probably the culprit. He took my info and I received a new remote (free of charge) the next afternoon via FedEx.

    This was great service from the tech and I really appreciate his willingness to help.
