I am getting all the new HD channels on D When I punch in the channel number it still comes up with the SD channel and not the HD version. When I use the up down channel buttons it will go to the correct HD channel and display it! How do I correct this so I can direct input the channel number and the HD one will come up???

you can unselect the SD versions out of you favorites setup. and making the HD version the only one active. or depending on what software version you have, you can choose to hide SD duplicates channels.

    What box do you have?
On the h-20 i think there is a software glitch that has the problem you are experiencing. Taking the SD channel out of the guide doesnt work on that box

That is because you have the CE version of the software.

The H20 in the national release, does not tune HD first in all cases.

It should be included in the next national release for both H20 models. No intervention required on your end.

Being unselected in favorites does not affect the ability to tune directly to a channel via the numpad, so that probably won't work.

works fine with mine H20-100, HR20-700, and HR20-100, but as Earl mentioned to me earlier it may not under the current "NR" for the H20's.

Are you sure? On my HR20-100 (which correctly tunes to the HD version of the channel that is mapped to the same number as the SD channel), putting only the SD version of the channel in the favorites list doesn't change which channel I get when I tune to it with the numpad.... as I expected, I still get the HD version even though only the SD version was checked in the favorites list.

What works? HDs are correctly tuned to instead of the SD version when entering the channel number on the numpad, or changing the favorites list changes the behavior of which version is tuned to when entering the channel number on the numpad?
