This sounds a lot like a LNB lens condensation problem. It shouldn't have survived the dish change though. I'd be looking at the wing port on the DPP LNB having issues with moisture.

Could it be the leaves causing the problem? I had an install in November and I even questioned the installer about pointing it into the trees but he said that he found a small window. It was fine until this past week and I am now loosing my locals. Ironically, I checked the spotbeams for DC and Philly and they are much stronger than the Baltimore spotbeam.

Right now, I am getting 14 on 110, transponder 23 (Baltimore) and around 33 for the non-spotbeam transponders. The Philly spotbeam (transponder 12) is at 33 and the DC spotbeam (transponder 25) is at 31. The signal strength on 119 is fine for the non-spotbeam transponders at around 75. I'm assuming my dish needs to be repeaked.

Unless the leaves open up at night and close during the day, this is an unlikely situation. ;)

Geez this thread cursed me... I've had HD for over a year and never had a problem but now tonight my HD is out and is only a 23 signal instead of it's usual 55. I read this thread earlier today.

I had it installed last January 2009 so it's not because of leaf coverage.

Interesting is the fact that i'm in Southeast Ohio and the OP is in Northeast Ohio.

Could you go out that time and touch the dish on left/right side of a reflector ?

My problem lasted 10 minutes and everything was back to normal, however I found out ESPN Classic has been moved to the Multi Sports package. *L* After years of being in the 200 package.

Yeah, there is a thread about that. At least we are not alone. D* also moved Classic to their sports pak. It's an ESPN thing. They wanted Classic to go to a sports pak (how ironic after their insistence that the main ESPN channel be put in the lowest tier).
