I'm getting "Channel not purchased. (721)" and I am paying for this package.

    Should I reset my receiver?

If the error is on Cinemax you're missing the Cinemax HD line on your account. Try refreshing services on the web or call in. A CSR should be able to correct this.

    You are the king!!!!

It took all of 10 seconds for the channel to come in.

Thank you for your help. :)

BTW... It looks like the HBOWHD, MaxHD and MAXWHD channels are 1080i. Look great!!!

It's interesting that the other channels came in automatically but there seems to be a bunch of us that had to refresh our services to see Cinemax HD. I wonder what the issue was. I have never a problem seeing any other HD channel I was supposed to see.

The Starz, Cinemax, and Sports HD channels need a seperate authorization. The other channels are just added to the base package. What I found odd was some needed to refresh for 504.

Can anyone explain why for example there are at least 3 HBO-E channels? 70, 501, 509...Are ANY of them the new Mpeg4 vs. the old Mpeg2 "HD-Lite"? PQ better in Mpeg4???

They're all MPEG2 just two are just mirrored off of the actual feed. HBO HD 501 is just to be consistent with the new MPEG4 channels.

    509 is the actual feed
70 is the old virtual channel
501 is a new virtual channel to be the same as the new MPEG4s. Same number as the SD version.
