Is the CW HD in test? We have had the channel in SD since the HD launch of the other networks but now I see two CW lines in the guide. They both have and HD tag but neither are in HD however the description of the channel mirrors the description of the other HD locals in the guide.

These are not test HD channels, they're actually MPEG4/SD versions of locals so access to the 119 slot is no longer required for your market. Looking at the list you provided:
KLWB - doesn't broadcast in HD
KLAF - Kind of complicated, it's a low power station and only became a NBC affiliate last year, it's still likely under the pre-NBC contract when it was an analog only MyNetworkTV affiliate.
CW - The CW affiliation is with a subchannel of KATC in your market. Because of the rules, only the primary channel has to be carried in HD. They'll probably add the CW in HD next time the contract with the parent company of KATC is up for renewal.

They're in the process of updating the guide data to indicate which MPEG4 locals are HD and SD, but they didn't get to your market yet.

The LIL data for Lafayette, LA has now been included for the first time in the 9/14/2016 data. Check and you will notice that CW/4 and KLWB/50 are both transmitted using MPEG4 compression, but the content is SD.

KLAF/62 is shown as A3 HD -- you need to tell us what the content really is.

Refresher: With "Native" turned on - - Just go to that channel, hit "info" then go across the choices at the top of the screen... you get the idea.

And please let us know what you find. It is without question in MPEG4 compression. The data would have us believe it is 720 or 1080 HD.
