I would recommend monoprice.com. They've treated me excellently, the quality is good and the prices are really really good.

Yep, can't go wrong with either...I've found Monoprice is cheaper and Bluejeans ships faster.

If you get them from monoprice, beware of thier highest quality HDMI cable. It is almost inflexible, and the connector is huge. Put those two things together and it is almost unusable on a flat panel TV mounted on the wall. I may pull it out of the wall and replace it with their medium quality cable.

There is a point of overkill on a cable that carries only ones and zeros. The freebie cable included with the HR2x is more than sufficient.

Well, obviously if you want the absolute best picture quality where each and every pixel is tuned just right for you maximum entertainment enjoyment, you just must buy Monster. <NOT!>

I'll chime in with one more source - http://www.cablesforless.com They may be less expensive depending on what you buy. I've had very good service from them in the past.

I got a couple of those, they were listed as "in wall" and they were out of stock on the lighter ones. I don't like them at all.

The $5-10 cable you get at Monoprice or BlueJeans will be better then the $120 monster cable that Best Buy will try to sell you.

I have a couple of those as well for long runs in teh rec room. I ended up getting the littel extender or port savers to actually hook to the TV itself. IT helped quite a bit in hooking up to teh TV, though it does introduce two more joints in the system.

I always use firefold.com - quick shipping, great prices and selection, and excellent customer service (including live chat!)

Good luck wherever you order from!

Firefold charges twice what I paid for my 1X4 HDMI Splitter at Monoprice. They want $129.99 and I paid $59.02. They were both Powered HDMI Splitters supporting the same resolutions. Go figure.

Yup - never hurts to check around! I know the HDMI cables I got at firefold were less than at monoprice. I've gotten good pricing on network cables there too.

I have used Firefold a few times recently for things that Monoprice did not carry (specific keysteon jacks and a right abgle connector they were out of stock on) Their prices are slightly higher but not too bad.

They are designed to be used "in-wall", meaning with some kind of termination inside the wall, typically a wall plate. You can then use lighter-weight HDMI jumpers between the wall plate and the receiver.

They are still way too stiff. The radius required to make a 90 degree turn is absurdly large.
