    Hey, I just wanted to thank the folks here for giving customers accurate information. I've worked at DirecTV for around 5 years and the moderators over at the DirecTV.com forums sometimes give customers totally incorrect information (i.e. seen where they told a customer a hd ird does not work with the HR34 as far as sharing recordings and you need a client smdh) So thanks for being knowledgeable and giving customers a place to get assistance leading to a correct resolution! :):grin:

    Gotta love it.... corporate power trumps accurate info.....this is the BS world we live in. That being said, I do like Directv and have been a subscriber for over 14 years...they're much better than cable companies.
