Somebody posted TimeWarner in Albany is on another board, but I cannot attest to that.

so IN Demand can get CSN Philly? How are they doing it? but they can't get any MSG HD feed. They also have some hit and miss of the sportsnet HD feeds but no TSN HD.

If you look back at the schedule for the past month, you will remember that D* did have CBC HD feeds listed in the guides, but when it came game time they didn't have the feeds up. I'm wondering if D* didn't have the equipment set up yet and thats why the feeds came down? But now it seems like everything is up and running, lets hope it lasts.

Not sure whats going on with the Sportsnet or TSN feeds, D* might be working on getting those HD feeds as well.

D* had CSN-Philly HD feeds for the playoffs last year, so we know that they can get them. Not sure why they're not using them this year.

I agree, I think it is a work in progress, I think the NHL is finally getting HD feeds up and running for providers who want them, its just a matter of time getting all the equipment in place to receive them.

With the NBA lookout looming, the NHL needs to get as many eyes on their sport as the can, and HD feeds will help with that.

I believe In Demand is a division of Comcast. They have always had CSN Philly pretty regularly AFAIK. D* did use CSN Philly (SD and HD) during last year's playoffs, but it is my understanding the price tag for the feeds is very high, so they generally don't pick it up.

In Demand's schedule doesn't have MSG HD because of the dispute at the start of the year (which was resolved a few days into the season). I do not know how often In Demand updates their schedule, but they can definitely use MSG HD now if they so choose. They also invested in the equipment needed to carry SportsNet feeds in HD from all regions, whereas D* only has the facilities to get SportsNet Ontario (for Leafs games) in HD. D* could add the other SportsNet HD feeds if they want to, but there is a price for them, and they've decided (to this point) that the price isn't worth it.

At least DirecTV has added CBC HD, or so it appears. I'm thinking the lack of CBC HD at the start of the year may have been because they didn't have the necessary equipment ready at the time. Just speculation, though, but I'm hopeful we will continue to see CBC HD as the season progresses.

iN DEMAND is jointly owned by Comcast, Cox Communications, Time Warner Cable, and Bright House Networks.

Well the Stats Channel / Center Ice Extra seems to be a full time 24/7 channel and last year it was not.

Could be D* added the new HD feeds to replace some of the HD feeds we might lose Nov 1.

It gives them an option if the the Fox feed is withheld and also increases the number of HD feeds for CI. Of course if the game consists of two Fox feeds we are screwed after Nov 1.

Watching Leaf TV HD on a Roku for Philly game. Got to tell you the picture is impressive. Sharp and clear. It is absolutely gorgeous on my 55' LG tv.

I do have 25 meg download on FIOS which probably is a big plus. I would rather watch it on my Directv though :)

Is it just me or is everybody getting the "Not Subscribed" screen on 771-1? It says it on all of my receivers for some reason.

I would try a different CSR. they may have to drop and then re-add things to your account.

Resending authorization doesn't stop recordings. I just had to do it to get CI back. Go to www.directv.com/resend

On second refresh from the website it worked. Would be great if they built that functionality into the iphone app. I have to fix 99.9% of dtv problems myself, thank god for this site.

Reset did not work for me, refresh did. Just try the link above; as was mentioned it will not interrupt.

Glad I wasn't crazy. Seemed to be a widespread problem tonight?
