Does anyone know if DTV plans on dropping the NYC Network feeds? I am thinking of dropping the NFL Sunday Ticket for next year in an effort to lower my bill.

The ch. 80 CBS and ch. 88 FOX channles give me the Jets and Giants along with my local Philly channels I would get at least 3 and sometimes 4 different games every week.

It's been anticipated for some time that those would be dropped (and the LA channels in that range were dropped some time ago), but the same programming is available on channels 390-399 in MPEG4 and I suspect that the timing is dependent on when Directv feels that enough subscribers have converted to MPEG4-capable receivers.
