How to know if you have Super Fan

    I ordered the NFL Ticket w/ Superfan yesterday

    When I log in to my account this is what it shows


    Current Programming
    Choices:
    DIRECTV DVR Service
    TOTAL CHOICE
    HD Access
    NFL SUNDAY TICKET


    It doesn't list "Superfan" ..... is it supposed to? Or is that not a subscription so it shouldn't be there?

    No, you're right, it should be there. Sometimes, it takes an extra day or so for things to show up.

    Took mine a couple days, but both are there.

    I know I have it by how many calls I have to make LOL

    It should have shown up I would call back

    I had to call a few times! But, when you get to retention, the supervisor can add Sunday Ticket Superfan $0.00, and it will show instantly!!

    The fact that I added both the Ticket and SF at the same time, and only the Ticket showed up... makes me think something was wrong.


    In the same call to DTV... they put in an escalated ticket since this was my 4th phone call asking why my $100 rebate hasn't come in 14 weeks. They claim they'll "call me" within 5 days with status.

    If it doesn't show up by then, I'll try....try.. again.
