I've always thought it is pretty straight forward: On the home page click on Get DirecTV and then enter your zip code. Select your package and then your gear. If you want to compare channels, then click on the "Channel Lineup" near the top where it lists the different packages. But I've always had better results talking with a CSR. So I recommend you select your package and gear online, then call in and see what a real person can do. If they don't offer you anything different, say 'thanks, I have to think about it some more' and call back Monday. You might just get a different answer. But if you get 'better' results on your first call, order it. Good luck.
