I have an issue with my hr34-700 where every so often it pixelates the program. It only lasts a few seconds and happens about twice an hour, if not more. Sky's are clear, it seems I have great signal. Is this a software or hard drive issue? I've uploaded a video of the problem. Channel is not relevant. It happens on all of them that I watch.

I think you have to have posted 5 times for it to allow you to upload. ?
    Keep trying.

That sucks. So much for showing what the problem is. I don't have anything else to post on. This is my only issue.

You did change to advanced and browse to find it and then tell it to upload, right ?

When I posted I browsed the file. Hit upload. It says it was there. When I hit post it was not there.

I've been having this exact same issue for about a month now... some days it's fine and other days it sucks. I'm still on 0x06DB firmware... I'm hoping when I get the newest update it corrects this problem. Are you able to post what firmware you are on?

I'm thinking it has to do with this firmware - I've seen others report this also and someone in the latest firmware feed reported there picture quality was better... so I guess we'll just have to wait until more people get on the latest firmware and can report there findings.

I have that software and I get those too, depending on what your video looks like.

What is the file size of the video ? Maybe it is too big to upload.

Where did you see that? I haven't found that. What version is it?

My set does this maybe a couple of times a day. Since it passes quickly I have not really been counting to see how many it is.
I will try to do that today.

Here's another video of the problem. I've called DTV several times. I now have a case manager and its been forwarded to the engenieering dept.
