Maybe it is my bad luck, or it is as designed, but none of the downloaded movies that I watched so far had caption.

Started downloading a video from fuse. It said it was 7 min. long, started watching before download was complete, played with no problems until it came to a spot where the band was still playing (don't know if it was 7 min or not) and the delete or keep menu came up. I moved to delete pressed the select button & everything froze, would not respond to any key presses, went over and tried to shut it off with the power button but no response, finally pulled the power cord. Seem to be working fine now.

Dont know if this issue has been reported, but here it goes:

On channel 1000, the channel up/down button doesnt act like a paging button like it does on all other menus. Actually does a channel up or down. In my case I hit channel down, and it brought me to the last XM channel in the guide (879 i think?)

Once it was on the XM channel, I lost all audio. Had to go to a different channel and back, then audio returned.

Has anyone else noticed a slight audio dropout when entering and leaving any of the VOD menus?

Playback of MythBusters (Season 5): Snow Special

    DL'd off Channel 1000 @5:50 am 8/31/07

Audio dropouts (2) at ~ 38 minutes and 39 minutes

Have not read the rest of the posts yet, so forgive if this is a repeat, but ... when deleting the VOD program using the Delete/Don't Delete popup at the end, instead of deleting and going into the playlist, it goes into the "playback info" screen for the program I just deleted. When exiting that screen and going back into the list, the program is no longer in the playlist. Did not try to Play out of that post-delete playback info screen yet. Will try to on the next VOD item I watch to see what happens.

I just tried to get the Johnny Ramone tribute concert and got a message about needing to subscribe. similar message when i try 1003. Can someone confirm that I should be able to get these programs? I assumed that getting something from VOD had nothing to do with my programming level, otherwise, whats the point? Id like to download a movie from a movie channel I dont get, etc.

If for whatever reason they want to restrict programs you can download, might I suggest that they simply not be in the list, or be a different color so I dont get my hopes up? :)

I downloaded BOTH the Bourne Movies. When I try to play them, I get 5 minutes into the movie and the DVR pauses and will not let me watch any further. I paid the .01 for each of them but I only get to see 5 minutes???? Any ideas???

I've got a really strange issue on one channel only.

When I go to Fuse to download, two of the programs say I need to "call DirecTV to subscribe", but all others are available. The two giving me grief are:

    1. Avril Lavigne: the Sauce Interview
    2. Maroon 5: the Sauce Interview

The question is ... how can I be subscribed to some VOD programs from a particular channel, but not others? Fuse, so far, the only channel on which I've encountered this.

No, I just happened on this glitch a moment ago. As soon as this next download finishes, I'll hit the menu start and see if that helps.

(LATER) Nope....after a reboot and the repopulation of the guide, still unable to download those two (and ONLY those two) programs.

(LATER STILL) Well, four hours later, both programs downloaded flawlessly. Who can figure?

Not so much a issue just wondering if anyone else has noticed this or if it is just me?

VOD programs the volume is much lower then SD satellite channels. It is about the same or maybe a little lower then the HD satellite channels.

You're not alone, I noticed the same thing this morning.

OTOH, regarding picture quality, I was comparing the PQ of TCM off satellite to the download this morning. The VOD blew the live stream away on three different programs.

Delete did not work, remote command ignored.

Three programs in the queue, I was watching the first program (fully downloaded) then decided to hit the stop button. The program stopped as expected. I then navigated to the delete option. I then pressed enter several times, program did not delete. It is as if the remote command was ignored.

I then exit out, go to playlist, select same program then navigate to delete, works like a charm. I duplicated this twice. It seems to have trouble deleting a program (directly after hitting stop button) when it's in the process of downloading another program.

    Dripping...
It would be nice if the guide data for the VOD channels would be cached so it didn't take awhile to rebuild it after a reboot.

This is the first issue I have had with any CE. While watching some of the VOD (most of which includes Berenstain Bears) I have noticed a lot of audio issues, mostly the audio being dropped. It is bad enough my 2 1/2 year old daughter notices and doesn't want to watch it. Then some VOD plays just fine. I haven't tried re-downloading a show to see if there is any difference in the audio but will when I have time.
