    1) No I am not a satellite installer.

    2) I did not say there are no HR20-700's in stock, if you read correctly I said discontinued BIG difference.

    3) Believe what you want I really do not care what you think. I am not losing sleep that you do not want to believe me.

Makes sense to me that PACE is switching over to the HR21.

It's more streamlined (ie cost efficient) to focus on one model than two.

This is correct .. In addition:

    -100: Thomson/RCA
    -200: Samsung
-250: Sony (I think) for the HR10-250 only
    -300: Philips
    -400: Hughes
    -500: Humax
    -600: LG
    -700: Pace
    -800: NEC
    -900: <- Not Assigned Yet :D

I think that the HR20 is made in at least two different factories (in different countries). If I were Pace, I'd keep the HR20 in production in one for now, if not both, depending on production commitments.

Besides, why scrap an assembly line when it's working?

Now that we've established that the OP's heading of this thread was wrong, and the discussions have clarified the related information, perhaps it's time to put a fork in this thread - cause it's done. :D
