*imagines Earl and others frantically reviewing the first look and getting final approval to post it...

It's been real and fun and real fun. Glad to have had the opportunity to work with y'all.

Hang in there guys...I'm sure you'll see your First Look very soon.

The added benefit to your team is the group of new friends you've all made.

I was blessed with similar situations in the past. It's great to get to know these folks beyond the daily regular posts.

    Enjoy.

I, too, echo everyone's sentiments. Great group of people... who I feel I've gotten to know a lot better than many others out in the "open" forum.

I look forward to doing this again!

What makes you think there isn't a 4th or 5th mfg out there? ;)

I don't expect more than three but who knows. I do expect to see at least one more mfg to show up for the D12s & R16's.

Wow, I'm kinda bummed that it's over. :(

It was all fun. I enjoyed working with everyone.

I've done some beta testing before and it was pretty much a cold form letter kind of thing.

Having discussions in our own community is a different experience.

I know it's not goodbye but I'll miss this just the same. :)

With any luck, there may be more testing in the future. ;)

    Mike

    No problem.

I was lucky enough to have seen a copy a few hours ago.

    It looks FANTASTIC.

In hindsight, I wish I would have submitted a few pictures. Here's a couple shots of it alongside an HR21-700. Can you tell which is which?

First time I've looked at those pics. Next time I think I'll use a tripod.

Here's what they look like in the dark:
